Fascial Stretch Therapy is all about pain-free, table-based assisted stretching. Just come in comfy clothes that let me move you freely.

Knowing these details helps me understand your body better when we start the session on the table. Once you’re there, we’ll kick off the stretch. I’ll have my hands on you, checking in to see how you’re doing. We’ll do some breathing exercises together, and sometimes I’ll add in active moves.

After the session, I’ll have you stand up and move around to see how your body feels. We’ll chat about how often you’d like to come in for treatment and book your next session accordingly.

Everyone’s body is different, and people have different issues and needs. Depending on how your initial session goes we can determine the frequency and amount of your stretches.

By attending a LifeStretch class you can learn simple, breathing based stretches that will compliment stretches  from an FST session. I can also give you a few stretches to do from home.
